Friday, mom had to go to Durango to go to the doctor, so we got to go to the "big city." We went to her appointment first, then we hit up Wal-Mart. (You know you have withdrawls when you haven't been able to go in a week.) We grabbed us a few bargains, then headed to get some lunch and hit up the fish store. Mom thought she may need a few more even though we brought her 4 from Joplin. Then for the big fun of the day...we went to the Rec. Center in Durango. They had an indoor pool, so we went swimming. It was nice. There was a little kiddie waterpark type area. Kamden loved the slide. There was even a lazy river we enjoyed and of course the hot tub. Aaron played on the diving board and large water slide, but Kamden wasn't feeling brave enough to try that. When we were done we headed back to Pagosa. It was a real pretty drive and of course Kamden crashed on the way back. Unfortunately we took pics with the water camera, so we can't post any. When we got home we went over to a couple of the neighbor kid's houses because Kamden had been dying to meet the little boys grandma had told him about. He had fun running around with them for a little bit. Again, no pics....sorry :(
