Here are a few pictures of our poor little town before & after the EF5 tornado hit Joplin on May 22, 2011.
The first one is of the Academy on Rangeline. The second is of the High School on 20th Street. The third is at the corner of Main & 26th Street looking west. The fourth is looking south down McClelland Blvd. The last is of St. Mary's Catholic Church on 26th street. It is amazing how that giant cross is still standing after all that!!
