Well, I still have to blog about our CO vacation, but I am going to go ahead and get on with Halloween. Sunday, October 10th we headed out to the pumpkin patch in Carl Junction. This is an annual event for us. Kamden wanted to find a lumpy, bumpy, and slightly green pumpkin. We have been reading a book called the Magic Pumpkin and this is what Mr. Squiggs looks for in a scary pumpkin. He was also hoping to see Mr. Squiggs, but we didn't have such luck. We did see a "farmer" though and that is exactly how Kamden would address him. "Farmer" took us on a hay ride. Kamden enjoyed it and wanted to keep going. He asked "farmer" many questions. Kamden talks a lot and to anyone. We also headed out into the patch to find the perfect pumpkin. Kamden loved the green ones. In fact we had to limit the number he pulled off. Green is his favorite color. He also liked riding in the wagon. It was a fun day.
