We have had several things going on lately. It is beginning to be that time of year. The first of the month we went to the Maple Leaf parade in Carthage. It was pretty disapointing this year. Just not as much going on as in the past. There were 3 things that Kamden was mad about.
1- They didn't throw any candy this year.
2- Someone was dressed as a fox and was walking by the crowd giving high fives and he didn't come on our side and give Kamden one.
3- The army float was passing out little plastic army "mens" and Kamden didn't get one.
Then this past Tuesday we headed to Fazoli's for Kids night. They were having emergency vehicles, a costume contest, bounce houses, and kids eat free. That too was disapointing. The firemen were to judge the contest. They all said I vote the viking (Kamden) then someone said the kids should vote. They all raised there hand for each kid. It was ridiculous! He did enjoy the bounce house and honking the fire trucks horn. Of course the food was good too! Only Kamden has aweful manners at meal time and he was getting sleepy so it wasn't a pleasant meal.
